Crystal River is growing, and with that growth comes the need for stronger, more reliable infrastructure. Her goal is to ensure that roads, utilities, and public facilities keep pace with development while preserving the city’s charm. Gabrielle advocates for thoughtful urban planning that anticipates the needs of both current and future residents, whether that involves upgrading transportation networks, expanding public services, or ensuring that essential infrastructure like water and sewer systems can meet the demands of a growing population.
